The superior king room was luxury and excellent. I had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an air conditioning, soft bed. the modern and spacious room had a fantastic bathroom with all the bells and whistles. the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to nearby shopping and attractions.

The language barrier with the young staff made communication difficult. Despite their kind demeanor, basic questions required a group discussion among multiple staff members to understand.

Had a great Christmas vacation. The hotel room was comfortable and clean with soft pillows and warm blankets. Location was perfect for shopping and getting around. I loved the big table with chairs in the room which made it very convenient for me to eat something at night.

Some staff members were not fluent in English and it was quite difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast service was a bit slow and the food options were limited.

The overall ambience was lovely, with abundant flowers and polite staff. The gym, sauna, and restaurant were all excellent. The concierge service was excellent.

During my recent stay at Super Hotel Candle in Hanoi, I was impressed by the really good service I received. The hotel staff were very good too make my experience enjoyable and comfortable. I was greeted by a friendly and polite staff who assisted me with my luggage and checked me in promptly.

Although there were a few small drawbacks, such as the limited facilities and busy foyer coffee/bar area, the overall experience at Super Hotel Candle was pleasant.
